I like social bookmarking. :) I can see using this for research groups to let students find and annotate sources for group projects.
To use the previous commenters phrase, I think "social bookmarking" is a great way for TEACHER to be able to collaborate with other teachers, especially in the primary grades. I don't believe I would utilize Diigo or a Wiki with any of my students, but it does seem like a great way for our district to be able to connect with one another. I do love the links posted on Diigo though!
